The Future Begins!
The greatest adventure of all time begins with Star Trek, the incredible story of a young crew's maiden voyage onboard the most advanced starship ever created: the U.S.S. Enterprise. On a journey filled with action, comedy and cosmic peril, the new recruits must find a way to stop an evil being(Eric Bana) whose mission of vengeance threatens all of mankind. The fate of the galaxy rests in the hands of bitter rivals. One, James T. Kirk (Chris Pine), is a delinquent, thrill-seeking Iowa farm boy. The other, Spock (Zachary Quinto), was raised in a logic-based society that rejects all emotion. As fiery instinct clashes with calm reason, their unlikely but powerful partnership is the only thing capable of leading their crew through unimaginable danger, boldly going where no one has gone before! "...exciting, stellar-yet-earthy blast that successfully blends the hip and the classic." Joe Neumaier, New York Daily News "Paced at warp speed with spectacular action sequences rendered brilliantly..." Ray Bennett, The Hollywood Reporter "...the new and improved Star Trek will transport fans to sci-fi nirvana." Todd McCarthy, Variety "...this is the greatest prequel ever made." Ty Burr, Boston Globe
Personal View:
I saw this movie at the bios as a imax movie, normally i thought well this movie will be sucking terrible,, but when seeing the movie i was way out amazed that the movie was very good. Altough it had some minor errors as to the consept of star trek universe, but still it was something i could see trhough. The new universe that was created in this movie was good even the new enterprise was even stunning, the thing i did not like was some parts of scotty being on that planet and that red stuff (i will not say more for people who hasnt seen the movie). But i will wiait for that movie on dvd or blue ray (hack i by them both).
